I spotted a girl in the Financial District of all places this past weekend rocking this look and I plan on copying it immediately. As we all know the 90s are making their way back to fashion with platform sneakers, high waisted denim and of course flannel shirts just to name a few trends. This look below incorporates a 90s trend with the oversized flannel over a sexy skin tight cut out crop top and a basic bodycon skirt. The studded To Be Announced boots are a must to keep this look seeming effortless and edgy at the same time.
